Support
Bubble is made by one person. That is the whole support department, and it is also why you will get a real answer.
Write to us
support@sunday-sky.comIf something went wrong, include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and roughly when it happened — those three things usually turn a mystery into a fix.
The things people ask
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Me → Settings & Safety → Delete account. You will verify your phone number again first. Deleting removes your profile, posts, media, comments, messages and connections — not just the ability to sign in.
How do I block or report someone?
Press and hold a post, or open a profile, and choose Block or Report. Blocking takes effect immediately for both people and holds even if the other person deletes and recreates their account. A knock can be blocked or reported without accepting it first.
Can I make it quieter?
Me → Settings & Safety → Notifications has separate switches for likes and comments, for messages, calls and knocks, and for the weekly ritual. Turn one off and Bubble will not ring, buzz, or show a banner for it.
My friend cannot find me.
People find each other by phone number, and a connection exists only once a knock has been accepted. Check that they have the number your account was created with.
A call rings but never connects.
Calls need a working data connection on both sides, plus microphone permission — and camera permission for video. Check iOS Settings → Bubble.
What you need
- iOS 26 or newer. Bubble uses features introduced in iOS 26 and will not install on older versions.
- An iPhone. There is no iPad or Mac version.
- A phone number that can receive an SMS.
About the beta
Bubble is being tested through TestFlight before it reaches the App Store. Things will change, and some of them will change because of something you say. The most useful bug report is the one TestFlight sends itself: take a screenshot inside the app, then tap Share → TestFlight. It attaches the build and the device automatically, so nothing has to be described from memory.
Privacy
No ads, no analytics, no tracking — the long version is in the privacy policy, which is generated from the app's own text so the two cannot drift apart.
